What is a Residential Home Maintenance Service Plan?   What is the CHORE Masters Home Concierge Membership?
A Residential Home Maintenance Service Plan is a yearly, quarterly, or monthly service agreement that provides recommended “preventative” maintenance to your homes most important systems: AC/Heating, Water Heater, and Appliances.  By maintaining these systems we hope to reduce repair and replacement costs for homeowners.   The CHORE Masters Home Concierge Membership is our way of providing a fair alternative to costly home repairs.  The average Handyman Service charges $75-150 per hour, most often with a two hour minimum, in addition to adding a trip charge.  We don’t require two hour minimums and we NEVER add a trip charge for customers in our service area.
