The CHORE Masters "Customer First" policy is comprised of the following rights and behaviors.

    • Every Customer will be treated with respect, courtesy and honesty.
    • Every Customer will be billed fairly and accurately for the services performed.
    • No Customer will be charged Two Hour minimums or Trip Charges.
    • All Customer specific information obtained by any employee, partner or service provider of CHORE Masters will be protected against mis-use by anyone for anything other than it's intended purpose.
    • CHORE Masters will maintain an electronic record of the maintenance and service performed for all Customers and will not share that information with anyone without the Customer's permission.
